The service
Wedding Planner provides tools to estimate wedding budgets, track expenses and guests, plan timelines, export data, and (with paid plans) sync across devices via iCloud and manage multiple wedding projects. The App is for personal or professional planning assistance only. It is not financial, legal, or event-planning advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have a parent or guardian’s consent) to use the App and make purchases. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Accounts and data
- You do not create an account with us. Purchases and cloud sync use your Apple ID.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for keeping backups of important information.
- Free-tier data is stored on your device. Paid tiers may use Apple iCloud; availability depends on Apple’s services and your iCloud settings.
- Importing backup files may replace existing project data. Review files before importing.
Subscription tiers
The App offers:
- Free — local storage, one wedding project, advertisements.
- Couples Premium — one-time (non-consumable) In-App Purchase: ad-free experience, iCloud sync, premium exports.
- Wedding Pro — auto-renewable monthly subscription: unlimited weddings, business workspace, timeline & seating tools, iCloud sync, ad-free.
Title, length, and price of each paid plan are shown in the App at purchase time (and in App Store product metadata). Feature availability may change with App updates.
Purchases, billing, and refunds
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect your payment card details.
- Couples Premium is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase.
- Wedding Pro is an auto-renewable subscription with a 1-month billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for billing disputes.
- Restore Purchases is available in the App for previously bought entitlements on the same Apple ID.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or to store illegal content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law permits
- Circumvent paywalls, ads, or entitlement checks
- Upload malicious backup files or abuse import features to disrupt the App
- Use the App in a way that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy
Advertisements & intellectual property
The free tier may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not endorse advertised products or services. Premium and Business tiers remove in-app banner ads.
The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business planning in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of data you enter.
Disclaimers & liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Budget figures, gift estimates, drink calculations, seating suggestions, and insights are estimates only. Actual costs, attendance, and vendor terms may differ. Always verify amounts with vendors and professionals before making financial commitments.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Indemnification, termination & changes
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or features with reasonable notice where practicable. Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, limitations, governing law) survive termination.
We may modify these Terms or the App. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
