Privacy Policy

Effective 22 October 2026 · Applies to the Pryvyd app for iPhone and Apple Watch.

Short version

Pryvyd has no account, no server, no ads and no tracking.
Everything the app keeps stays on your device. We, the developer, cannot see it.
Camera video is analysed in memory to count reps. It is never saved and never sent.

Who is responsible

What the app keeps on your device

Your alarms, wake plan and settings.
Your mornings: alarm, dismissal and mission times, outcomes, freezes and the score against your Ghost.
Custom exercises, saved as joint angles and a short stick-figure animation. No pictures or video.
Notes you type into the feedback screen. They are saved on the phone and are not sent to us.
A local event log (for example “mission started”). It never leaves the device.

This data is in the app's storage on your device. It may be included in device backups (iCloud or computer), which Apple or you control.

Device features you can allow

Camera. Frames are processed on the device by Apple's Vision framework to find body joints and count repetitions. Frames are discarded right away.
Apple Health (optional). If you turn it on, the app reads sleep duration to compare it with your mission times. It never writes to Health. Health data stays on the device and is not used for advertising, sold or shared.
Motion. Step counts during the first minute of a mission, on the device only.
Alarms and notifications. Used to ring alarms and to remind you before a trial ends.
Location. Not used in the current version. If a city-level feature is added later, it will be off by default, and this policy will be updated before it ships.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple. We never receive your card details, name or Apple ID. The app only learns from Apple whether a subscription is active.

Sharing

The app can create a card or a short clip showing a stick figure or the Ghost, never camera footage. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it through the iOS share sheet.

Cookies and tracking

The app uses no cookies, advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs or third-party trackers. This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security: GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” or US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data. We hold no personal data about you, so you exercise these rights in the app:

Export: Settings → export your mornings as a file.
Delete: Settings → Delete all data, or delete the app.

You can write to us at any time, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Pryvyd is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA. It does not collect personal data from anyone.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date before any change in how data is handled. If a change sends data off your device, the app will ask you first.

Коротко

У Привида немає акаунта, сервера, реклами і відстеження.
Усе, що зберігає застосунок, лишається на твоєму пристрої. Ми, розробник, цього не бачимо.
Відео з камери аналізується в пам'яті, щоб порахувати повтори. Воно ніколи не зберігається і не надсилається.

Що застосунок зберігає на пристрої

Будильники, план підйому і налаштування.
Ранки: час сигналу, вимкнення і місії, результати, заморозки, рахунок проти Привида.
Власні вправи — як кути суглобів і коротку анімацію скелета. Без фото і відео.
Нотатки з екрана відгуку. Вони зберігаються на телефоні й нам не надсилаються.
Локальний журнал подій (наприклад, «місію розпочато»). Він не залишає пристрій.

Ці дані лежать у сховищі застосунку на пристрої і можуть потрапити в резервні копії (iCloud або комп'ютер), якими керуєш ти або Apple.

Функції пристрою, які можна дозволити

Камера. Кадри обробляє на пристрої фреймворк Apple Vision, щоб знайти суглоби і порахувати повтори. Кадри одразу відкидаються.
Здоров'я Apple (за бажанням). Якщо ввімкнеш, застосунок читає тривалість сну, щоб порівняти її з часом місії. Нічого не записує в Здоров'я. Дані лишаються на пристрої, не використовуються для реклами, не продаються і не передаються.
Рух. Кроки протягом першої хвилини місії, лише на пристрої.
Будильники і сповіщення. Щоб дзвонити і нагадати про кінець пробного періоду.
Геолокація. У цій версії не використовується. Якщо колись з'явиться функція на рівні міста, вона буде вимкнена за замовчуванням, а цю політику оновимо до її випуску.

Покупки

Підписки продає й обробляє Apple. Ми не отримуємо дані картки, ім'я чи Apple ID. Застосунок дізнається від Apple лише те, чи активна підписка.

Поширення

Застосунок може створити картку або коротке відео зі скелетом чи Привидом — ніколи не запис камери. Нічого не поширюється, доки ти сам не надішлеш це через меню «Поширити».

Cookie і відстеження

Застосунок не використовує cookie, рекламні ідентифікатори, SDK аналітики чи сторонні трекери. Цей сайт не ставить cookie і не завантажує сторонніх скриптів, шрифтів чи вбудовувань. Хостинг сайту може вести стандартні журнали сервера (наприклад, IP-адреси) з міркувань безпеки: GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.).

Твої права

Залежно від місця проживання (зокрема GDPR ЄС/Великої Британії, Закон України «Про захист персональних даних», закони штатів США, як-от CCPA) ти маєш право на доступ, виправлення, видалення і перенесення персональних даних. Ми не маємо твоїх персональних даних, тож ці права здійснюються в застосунку:

Експорт: Налаштування → експорт ранків у файл.
Видалення: Налаштування → Видалити всі дані, або видали застосунок.

Ти можеш написати нам будь-коли і подати скаргу до органу захисту даних (в Україні — Уповноважений Верховної Ради з прав людини).

Діти

Привид не призначений для дітей до 13 років (у ЄЕЗ — до 16). Він ні в кого не збирає персональних даних.

Зміни

Ми оновимо цю сторінку і дату набрання чинності до будь-якої зміни в обробці даних. Якщо зміна означатиме передачу даних з пристрою, застосунок спершу запитає тебе.
