Terms of Use
Effective 22 October 2026 · Provided by Pryvyd (“we”).
1. Licence
Your use of Pryvyd is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms. If they conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
2. Safety, please read
- Exercise at your own risk. Choose a move that is safe for your body, and make sure you have enough space and light. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, ask a doctor before starting a morning exercise routine.
- Not a medical device. Pryvyd does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Sleep figures come from Apple Health and are for your own interest only.
- Do not rely on Pryvyd alone for critical wake-ups (flights, medication, work shifts, childcare). Alarms depend on iOS, your device settings, battery, volume and Focus modes. Always set a backup alarm when it matters.
- Rep counting by the camera is an estimate and may miss or miscount repetitions.
3. Free and Pro
The alarm, the mission, one custom exercise and the Ghost are free. Pro adds the features described in the app. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the app before you confirm.
4. Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- If a price changes, Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent.
5. Refund policy
All purchases are processed by Apple, so we cannot issue refunds ourselves or see your payment details. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose “Request a refund”. Apple decides on refunds under its own policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal in the EU or UK. You can always write to us at denyshlova@gmail.com, and we will help where we can.
6. Your content
Custom exercises, mornings and notes are yours and stay on your device. If you share a card or clip, you are responsible for where you share it.
7. Fair use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.
8. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed alarms, injury from exercise, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date and, for important changes, tell you in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there.

1. Ліцензія
Використання Привида регулюється Ліцензійною угодою з кінцевим користувачем Apple разом із цими умовами. Якщо вони суперечать одна одній, перевагу має угода Apple.
2. Безпека — прочитай, будь ласка
- Вправи — на власний ризик. Обирай рух, безпечний для твого тіла, і подбай про місце та світло. Зупинись, якщо відчуваєш біль, запаморочення чи задишку. Якщо маєш захворювання або вагітна, порадься з лікарем, перш ніж починати ранкові вправи.
- Не медичний виріб. Привид не діагностує, не лікує і не запобігає захворюванням. Дані про сон беруться зі Здоров'я Apple і мають лише інформаційний характер.
- Не покладайся лише на Привида у важливих випадках (рейс, ліки, зміна на роботі, догляд за дітьми). Сигнал залежить від iOS, налаштувань пристрою, заряду, гучності й режимів фокусування. Коли це важливо, став запасний будильник.
- Підрахунок повторів камерою — це оцінка, він може пропустити чи порахувати зайвий повтор.
3. Безкоштовно і Pro
Будильник, місія, одна власна вправа і Привид — безкоштовні. Pro додає функції, описані в застосунку. Ціну, період оплати і пробний період застосунок показує до підтвердження.
4. Підписки
- Оплата списується з Apple ID після підтвердження покупки або після закінчення пробного періоду.
- Підписка автоматично подовжується за тією самою ціною і на той самий період, якщо не вимкнути автопродовження щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду.
- Керувати чи скасувати можна будь-коли в налаштуваннях Apple ID (Параметри → твоє ім'я → Підписки). Видалення застосунку не скасовує підписку.
- Невикористана частина пробного періоду зникає після купівлі підписки.
- Якщо ціна зміниться, Apple повідомить і, де потрібно, попросить згоди.
5. Повернення коштів
Усі покупки обробляє Apple, тож ми не можемо самі повернути кошти і не бачимо платіжних даних. Щоб попросити повернення, зайди на reportaproblem.apple.com, увійди і вибери «Запросити повернення коштів». Рішення ухвалює Apple за власними правилами.
Ці умови не обмежують твоїх законних прав споживача, зокрема права на відмову в ЄС чи Великій Британії. Ти завжди можеш написати нам на denyshlova@gmail.com — допоможемо, чим зможемо.
6. Твій вміст
Власні вправи, ранки і нотатки належать тобі й лишаються на пристрої. Якщо поширюєш картку чи відео, ти відповідаєш за те, де саме.
7. Чесне використання
Не розбирай, не перепродавай і не зловживай застосунком, не використовуй його для порушення закону.
8. Відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є». Наскільки дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за пропущені сигнали, травми під час вправ чи непрямі збитки. Наша загальна відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ти сплатив за застосунок за 12 місяців до претензії. Це не обмежує відповідальності за смерть чи шкоду здоров'ю через нашу недбалість, за шахрайство чи інше, що закон не дозволяє обмежувати.
9. Зміни і припинення
Ми можемо оновлювати ці умови: змінимо дату чинності, а про важливі зміни повідомимо в застосунку. Ти можеш припинити користування будь-коли — видали застосунок і скасуй підписку.
10. Право і спори
Ці умови регулюються правом України. Якщо ти споживач, за тобою зберігається захист імперативних норм країни проживання і право звернутися до суду там.
