Include iOS version, device model, and what failed (map, weather, purchase, catch log). Location is optional; the bundled lake catalog works if you deny GPS.
Quick help
- Empty map / no lakes — pan to a region covered by the bundled lake catalog; location permission is optional.
- Stale weather — check network; the app keeps a short on-device cache and may show last-known data when Open-Meteo fails.
- PRO purchase — Settings → Restore Purchases; confirm Sandbox / Paid Apps Agreement while testing.
- Subscription — manage in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
